  • How do I set up my BoxClock?

    1. Connect the USB cable to the supplied power adapter and plug it into a socket.
    2. The BoxClock starts with red flashing LEDs (every third LED).
    3. Connect to the hotspot “BoxClock_XXXXXXX”.
    4. Open the WiFi manager in the browser and enter your Wi-Fi credentials.
  • Is there an app for control?

    Yes. Download the build-yours app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). With it you can:

    • Adjust color, brightness and modes
    • Change the time
    • Activate night mode
    • Select party modes
  • How do I find the IP address of my BoxClock?

    Use apps such as “Fing”, “Network Analyzer” or “Network Utilities” to find the IP address assigned by your router. Enter it in the browser to open the clock’s web interface.

  • How can I replace the front design?

    1. Disconnect the power supply.
    2. Open the back, carefully pull out the cable.
    3. Remove the wooden body at a slight angle.
    4. Slide in the new front and let it snap into place.
    5. Reconnect power.
  • How do I clean my BoxClock properly?

    Depending on the material:

    • Stainless steel: Microfiber cloth, stainless steel polish if needed.
    • PET: Only water and mild detergent; do not rub dry.
    • Concrete: Gentle cleaners only; no scouring agents.
    • Powder-coated: Mild cleaner and a soft cloth.
    • Brass with verdigris: Mild soapy water, avoid aggressive cleaners.
    • Rust-look: Mild dish soap only, wipe dry.
  • What should I do if the Wi-Fi connection does not work?

    • Restart the BoxClock and the router.
    • Check the password and network name.
    • If necessary, reconnect to the “BoxClock_XXXXXXX” hotspot.
  • What should I do in case of technical problems?

    • See the “No success?” section in the manual.
    • Contact the Robo-Biber via the QR code in the manual.

  • Can I return the BoxClock?

    Yes, within 30 days for online purchases. Important:

    • No damage or modification to the device.
    • All parts must be complete.
  • How long is the warranty period?

    24 months from delivery. Damage caused by improper use or not following the manual is excluded.

  • What sizes are the clocks available in?

    • The BoxClock measures 20×15 cm and is well suited as a table clock with an integrated stand.
    • The WordClock Jupiter measures 50×40 cm and has two pre-drilled holes for wall mounting.
  • How is the power supplied?

    The clock must be continuously connected to the mains via a USB cable. Battery or rechargeable operation is not supported. The USB cable uses a USB-A plug.

  • How is the time displayed?

    The time is displayed in 5-minute increments. A minute-accurate display is therefore not possible.

  • Which languages are the clocks available in?

    Our clocks are available in German and English. You cannot change the language in the app yourself; you need the corresponding front panel in the desired language.
