This payment method is simple, fast, and convenient.
Please note that we are only allowed to ship to the delivery address registered with your PayPal account.

Available only upon request.

Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer)
This method is quick, secure, and easy. You can pay safely without registration.
All you need is your online banking details (PIN / TAN).

Shipping

Shipping costs to Austria: €14.70
Shipping costs to Switzerland: €30.00
Note: Customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland.

We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and only use environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Within Germany:

Orders over €60: free shipping

Orders under €59.99: shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package.
These will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Delivery Time & Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and smoothly.

Delivery Time

Within Germany: 2–4 business days

For international deliveries, shipping times may vary.

For PayPal and Sofortüberweisung, the delivery period begins immediately after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the specified delivery time.

For bank transfer or credit card payment, the delivery period starts once you authorize the payment with your bank and ends on the last day of the specified delivery time.

If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday (at the delivery location), the next business day is considered the end of the delivery period.

Shipping Details

Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, build-yours UG (haftungsbeschränkt) uses the most cost-effective shipping method, typically via Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, or other parcel services. The shipping costs including VAT are shown in detail during the checkout process.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods—for example, due to unexpectedly high demand or supply shortages—you will be informed promptly about any delay. Please note that we cannot guarantee timely delivery in such cases.
