Warranty Conditions – build-yours UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

2 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty
build-yours UG (haftungsbeschränkt) grants a manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months for all products from the date of purchase by the end customer. This guarantee applies in addition to the statutory liability for material defects and does not affect the latter.
Scope of guarantee
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product. During the warranty period, build-yours UG decides at its own discretion whether to repair or replace the affected product.The costs for repair or replacement shall be borne by build-yours UG. Any further compensation or reimbursement of consequential damages is excluded.
Excluded from the guarantee
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover in particular
- Damage caused by improper use, installation or tampering with the electronics
- external influences (e.g. moisture, heat, dropping, overvoltage)
- Normal wear and tear
