Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a7 1 Right of Withdrawal for Customers as Consumers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

If, after purchasing one of our products online, you decide to return it, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with \u00a7 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB).<\/p>\n

To do so, follow these steps:
\nInform us (build-yours UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt), G\u00fcglingweg 15, 70439 Stuttgart, Email: service@build-yours.de) within 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. You must make your decision to withdraw from this contract known to us by means of a clear statement (e.g., via letter or email).<\/p>\n

You are welcome to share your reasons for the withdrawal, but this is entirely optional. You may use our sample withdrawal form<\/em>, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

To receive a refund, you must return the complete item (including all parts) within 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. The product must not have been altered in any way. If the electronics or components are damaged due to failure to follow the user manual, the right of withdrawal is void.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed upon with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.<\/p>\n

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n
